Office 365 introduces an online archive feature that will allow you to access your archives from anywhere and doesn't have the corruption issues that we experience with PST files. This tutorial will walk you through the steps of moving your local archived emails into the online archive.

I’ve been looking for an option to add a Holiday Calendar to my Exchange mailbox in a similar way to the Birthday Calendar, which displays as a separate folder in Outlook. I haven’t found out how to do it though.

Is there a way to add a separate Holiday Calendar to my Outlook Calendar as well?

When you have your account configured in Outlook, you can import Holidays into your main Calendar folder. The downside of this method is that it isn’t updated automatically and only shows a limited time into the future.

To add a separate, always up-to-date, Holiday Calendar to your Exchange Online or Outlook.com mailbox, you’ll have to use Outlook on the Web (OWA). Once you’ve added the Holiday Calendar, it will automatically sync with Outlook as well.

Log on to your mailbox via the website of your Office 365 Exchange Online or Outlook.com account. After logging in, select your Calendar.

  • New design
     Download traktor for free mac. Click the “Import Calendar” link in the Calendar Navigation Pane and in the dialog that opens select “Holidays”.

    You can now click on 1 or more countries to directly add that Holiday Calendar to your mailbox.

  • Classic design
    Press the “Add calendar” button at the top and choose: Holiday calendar.

    A “Holiday calendars” pane will open on the right from which you can select the country to add the holidays of. You can select multiple countries if you want. Make sure you click on the Save button at the top after selecting your country or countries.

After you’ve added the Holiday Calendar in Outlook on the Web, it will automatically get added to Outlook on the desktop as well after a few minutes or once you restart Outlook.

Extra Tip!

You can select multiple Calendars like your regular Calendar, the Birthday Calendar and the Holidays Calendar and they will conveniently show as a single Calendar thanks to Overlay Mode.

The Birthdays and Holidays will show up color-coded based on the chosen color for that specific Calendar folder.

Out-of-date software and corrupted Outlook profiles are two of the most common issues that can prevent you from sending and receiving email. If you're an admin with multiple users reporting problems, you also should check for service issues with Office 365.

Check for service issuesAdmin only: If more than one person in your organization is experiencing email problems in Office 365, it could be due to a problem with the service. Go to the Office 365 service health dashboard page (admin sign in required), and check the status of the services under Exchange Online.
